A typical day

We will go for many walks, to breathe some fresh air, cool down on the hot days in the forest at the shade. I really love to spend time outside and walk a lot. Also I can use a paddling pool outside so they can jump in the water and cool down. I will give them many cuddles and attention, so you can be calm that your family member will be loved and in good hands.

Pet care experience

Hello! My name is Vaida, and caring for animals has been a huge part of my life for as long as I can remember. I have always believed that every animal deserves to feel safe, loved and cared for as if they were part of the family. Over the years I have volunteered in dog shelters, helped care for rescued animals, and worked in a zoo looking after a wide variety of animals, including goats, sheep, donkeys, zebras and even giraffes. My own home has often been a temporary safe haven for dogs without families while they waited to find their forever homes. I have also cared for rescued goats, sheep and cats in my own home shelter, that I made outside my home on my land. So I am comfortable with animals of all kinds. Through my experience I have gained a good understanding of animal behaviour and basic first aid. I am confident recognising when an animal may not be feeling well, following medication instructions, and providing calm, attentive care for senior dogs or those with additional needs. I now live in a spacious house in a peaceful area, surrounded by beautiful woodland, open fields and a large park, giving dogs plenty of space to enjoy long walks, explore safely and burn off energy in nature. Whether your dog loves adventurous walks, playing fetch, running, or simply enjoys a slower pace with lots of cuddles, I’ll make sure they receive the individual attention they need. As a qualified hypnotherapist and an experienced teacher, I have a naturally calm, patient and gentle personality, which helps animals quickly feel relaxed and secure around me. I understand that every dog has its own character and routine, and I always do my best to make them feel at home while you’re away. Your dog will be treated as one of my own—with plenty of love, affection, playtime, exercise and care. My goal is for both you and your pet to feel completely comfortable, knowing they are in safe and loving hands.
