I have hands-on experience caring for a wide variety of animals and currently have dogs, cats, and horses of my own. I also have experience with reptiles and feel completely comfortable caring for them and their unique needs. Being around animals every day has made me confident working with different species, personalities, sizes, energy levels, and care routines. I also have experience providing minor medical care and treatments for animals, including administering basic medications and giving extra attention when an animal isn’t feeling their best. I understand how important it is to have someone you can truly trust with your pets, and I’ll care for them with the same patience, attention, and love that I give my own.

Safety, trust & environment
When caring for pets in a client’s home, I make it a priority to follow their normal routine as closely as possible so they feel safe and comfortable. I carefully follow all instructions regarding feeding, walks, medications, and any special care needs. During walks, I stay attentive to the pet and our surroundings, and during drop-in visits I make sure they have fresh water, food if needed, a clean and secure environment, and plenty of attention before I leave. I also understand the trust involved in allowing someone into your home and caring for your pets, and I take that responsibility very seriously.

Schedule
My schedule is flexible, which allows me to provide dog walks and drop-in visits throughout the day, including multiple visits when needed. I’m happy to work around your pet’s normal routine and schedule visits for walks, feeding, playtime, potty breaks, medications, or simply some extra attention and company while you’re away.
