Pet care experience
Dog lover extraordinaire.
I have had pets my entire life. And yes, that is a long time haha. One of my previous pets had Addison's disease which required I give her an injection weekly. Another sweet pet ended up getting blind but with a bit of patience and extra care he became an amazing blind boy. In addition to my own pets I have previously cared for pets of friends and family. I currently have two six year old Shorkie sisters that I love dearly.

Hazel always feels at home with Gail and Ross
Chutney was well looked after. She loved it with Gail and Ross. It was really nice to get daily updates on chutney. I would definitely recommend Gail and Ross very highly.
My Tucker was so well cared for with Gail and Ross. There was great communication during the stay and I was provided with updates and pictures. I will definitely continue to use them to care for Tucker going forward. Thanks so much!

Due to a limitations on number of characters available for reviews, I'm unable to upload my full essay on how amazing Gail and Ross are, so let me just summarize: bring your dog here. They are incredible! We are so happy and grateful that we found them and that they were able to accommodate our precious pooch (over Christmas AND on short notice, no less!). Regular cheery and hilarious updates were really appreciated and you could tell they were so caring and thoughtful towards our dog - they will truly treat your pet in the best possible way. We will absolutely use them again and would refer and recommend them without hesitation.
Max loved his time with Gail and Ross. They are wonderful and took great care of him.

Schedule
My husband and I are retired so we have lots of time to care for, spoil, pamper and play with our pets and hopefully yours as well. Our girls are walked daily.

Safety, trust & environment
We have a fenced yard that the two Shorkies are unable to escape from. They are not left alone outside as their safety is always foremost in my mind and heart.

A typical day
Walking around the neighbourhood or along the river pathways are always a hit with the dogs. Lots of interesting things to smell and places to explore.
