Schedule
I'm currently working remotely from home so this gives me a lot of flexibility during the day to take your doggy out for a morning, midday and late afternoon walk. Working remotely also means we can take tons of petting and cuddling breaks during the day, so your dog won't get bored or feel isolated. I live in an apartment in Capitol Hill, within walking distance to four parks including a dog park. It's also a short walk to the Capitol if your dog has aspirations for higher office (or maybe just want to chase some squirrels).

Routine is a dog's best friend, especially when they are in a new place and will have to adjust their life with someone new for a few days. Depending on what your dog requires, I'm happy to accommodate any specific needs such as how much exercise they need or how often they need to be walked or let out for bathroom breaks.
A typical day
A typical day will begin with a morning walk and sniffs around the neighborhood. The day will usually include cuddles, dog toys they can play with, outdoor time in the backyard and finish with another walk in the afternoon before the sun sets. On weekends, I typically take them for longer walks along the Anacostia River Trail or a nearby hiking trail.
