Small Dogs, Big Care
I’ve had dogs around me for most of my life, and I currently have a 13-year-old dachshund who has taught me a lot over the years! I’ve cared for her from her younger, more energetic days right through to being a senior, so I’m very comfortable with both younger dogs and older dogs who need a little more patience and attention. I’m used to giving medication, following specific feeding routines and managing special diets, and I know how important it is to follow the routine that a dog is used to. I work from home, so I’m around throughout the day for company, cuddles, toilet breaks and keeping an eye on everyone. We also have a secure fenced garden, which is great for little dogs to potter around in safely. I’m only looking to care for small dogs, as that’s what I know and love best. My aim is really simple – to give your dog a safe, calm and loving home while you’re away, and to look after them the way I’d want someone to look after mine.

Schedule
I work from home, so I’m around throughout the day and your dog will have plenty of company. I can easily fit walks, garden breaks, feeding and playtime around my day, and I’m happy to follow the routine your dog is used to at home. I also understand that older dogs may prefer a slower pace and more rest, while younger dogs might need a little more activity and attention.

Safety, trust & environment
I have a secure, fully fenced garden and a calm home that I share with my 13-year-old dachshund, Coco. I only take small dogs and want them to feel safe and comfortable while they’re here. I’m happy to follow specific feeding routines, special diets and medication schedules, and I’ll always follow any care instructions you leave with me. Dogs are welcome to bring their own beds, blankets and favourite toys to help them settle in. We do keep a couple of house rules – dogs don’t sleep in our bed or go on the sofa – but they’ll have their own cosy spaces to relax and sleep. Most importantly, I’ll treat your little one with the same care and attention I’d want for my Coco.

A typical day
I enjoy teaching dogs new tricks, understand how dogs react to human commands. We live in a very quiet estate and surrounded by farmlands so we enjoy walking and being outdoors in nature.
