Unique was fantastic and incredibly accommodating on very short notice. She went above and beyond by offering to pick up Julia during heavy 5:00 PM traffic, which made a huge difference for me. Since she was already in town, she took the time to stop by and personally pick Julia up, making the entire boarding process seamless and stress-free. Throughout the experience, Unique was friendly, reliable, and easy to communicate with. I felt comfortable knowing Julia was in good hands. I truly appreciated her flexibility, kindness, and willingness to help with a last-minute request. I would absolutely book with her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring Rover sitter
