Pet care experience
caring, friendly and energetic :))
Aside from caring for our own family pet Charlie (miniature schnauzer who is 14 years old and still going strong!) I have cared for many family and friend pets over the years, predominantly small to medium sized dogs ranging from rescue to working farm dogs. My younger sister is also a qualified vet whom I have gained experience looking out for specific health signs as well as day to day care. As an environmental professional I am naturally a very outdoorsy person and have good experience hiking with dogs. As such, I would be more than happy to take dogs out on bigger walks on weekends if that would be helpful to owner and enjoyable for the dog!

I live on the second floor of a tenement flat which comprises a big hallway, kitchen and bedroom where the pet would be welcome to chill in while I work. I also have access to a private, fenced garden on the ground floor that your pet would be welcome to run around while I supervised, meaning they would have regular access to toilet breaks as required.

Schedule
I am an environmental consultant working hybrid between my flat in Shawlands and office in Glasgow city centre. I will be available consistency two days a well (likely Monday and Friday) and I am looking to help out with walking or dog sitting while working at home, as well as open to dogsitting for longer periods once both pet and owners feel comfortable!

- It wiudm be helpful to know your pets dialy rputine so that I can work to match it should they be with em all day. I can take the dog out for 3 walks a day as I would my own family dog in the morning, lunch and after work if required.
