Umi took care of our dog, Rio, while we were away on an important cross-border trip for administrative matters, and she was absolutely wonderful. She stepped in at a moment when we truly needed help, as our regular dog caregiver had to leave unexpectedly due to a family emergency abroad. Umi was attentive, reliable, kind, and genuinely caring with Rio from beginning to end. She gave us great peace of mind while we were away, keeping Rio comfortable, safe, and beautifully looked after. It was clear that she paid close attention to his needs and treated him with affection and responsibility. We would recommend Umi 100% to anyone looking for someone trustworthy, attentive, and compassionate to care for their pet. She was a real lifesaver for us, and Rio was in excellent hands.
Umi was amazing. So punctual and dependable. But most of all so sweet with our doggy! Highly recomend UMI!

I grew up around animals, and developed a special bond with them. My passion for animals led me to volunteer at Toronto Humane Society during high school. I have also been involved in neighbourhood rescue initiatives, and have provided cat foster care services. I will do my best to provide a comfortable stay for your pets. Your fur-baby will receive lots of love under my care ❤️😽 🐶🐾🦴 *Attentive towards their meal/usual routine. I do my best to make them feel comfortable and safe. 🐾🦴🌳🦋🌈 My senior cat Zoro gets along with cats and dogs, he is happy to share his space and make new furry friends
