We had such a wonderful experience with Umi looking after our dog, Gemma, while we were away on vacation. Gemma can be quite anxious and has separation anxiety, so leaving her with someone new is always a big deal for us, but Umi made us feel completely at ease from the very beginning. She was so attentive and caring with Gemma, kept us constantly updated with photos and messages, and it was obvious Gemma was having the best time with her! We could actually relax and enjoy our vacation knowing she was happy, comfortable and being so well looked after. Umi really treated Gemma like her own, and we came home to a very happy girl. We wouldn’t hesitate to have her look after Gemma again and would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for someone trustworthy, caring and genuinely great with animals. I grew up around animals, and developed a special bond with them. My passion for animals led me to volunteer at Toronto Humane Society during high school. I have also been involved in neighbourhood rescue initiatives, and have provided cat foster care services. I will do my best to provide a comfortable stay for your pets. Your fur-baby will receive lots of love under my care ❤️😽 🐶🐾🦴 *Attentive towards their meal/usual routine. I do my best to make them feel comfortable and safe. 🐾🦴🌳🦋🌈 My senior cat Zoro gets along with cats and dogs, he is happy to share his space and make new furry friends
