I had a very good experience with Umang. It was my first time using Rover as a service and was very happy with my experience. I felt comfortable with her in my home looking after Zoe. She kept me informed several times during the visit and Zoe was very calm and happy. I will most definitely have Umang take care of her again and would recommend to other parents.
Umang took such wonderful care of our sweet Monty, and we couldn’t be more grateful. Monty is an elderly gentleman who needs a little extra patience and understanding, and Umang treated him with so much kindness and care. It gave us such peace of mind knowing he was in such loving hands with her and her family. We came home to a happy, well-cared-for pup, and it’s clear he was treated like one of their own. Finding someone you can truly trust with a senior dog is priceless, and we’re so thankful we found Umang. Thank you again for taking such great care of our boy. Umang did an absolutely incredible job looking after Yoda! From the very beginning, it was clear that she genuinely cared for him and wanted to make sure he was comfortable, safe, and loved. She really went above and beyond to look after him, taking him for regular walks to keep him happy and active. I also absolutely loved receiving her regular photo updates, which gave me total peace of mind while I was away. I was completely at ease knowing he was in such good hands. I live at apartment and my home is very secure for pets. Down at my apartment there is garden to take your pets to a nature walk.
A typical day
I love keeping pets happy and engaged! I’ll play games like fetch or tug-of-war, go on fun walks, give lots of cuddles, and provide mental stimulation with toys or simple training games. I always match activities to each pet’s personality and energy level
