I have experience with a range of dogs, from small to large, and have taken care of many of my neighbors’ pets. I currently have a rescue 7 month old puppy, my parents have a papillon and used to have a German Shepherd so I’ve taken care of each. I understand that each dog has different needs and different personalities! I can adapt to whatever you and your furry friend needs. I have a small bird and feel comfortable taking care of birds as well. I work full-time in healthcare but have a passion for providing quality care for animals as well! On my days off (M/T/W and select Sat/Sundays) I am fully available without work or distractions, which just means all the attention is given to your furry loved one!

Ulyana was the best! She was so flexible in making sure our dog had a good experience even with his reactivity and bit of anxiety. Her confidence and inviting and kind demeanor really made us comfortable with leaving our dog! We would book again!
Ulyana was an extremely compassionate and meticulous pet sitter/caregiver. She went above and beyond in caring for my special needs animals, which can be very challenging, but exceeded my expectations. Ulyana was readily communicative and I have never felt more safe leaving my animals in someone’s care. She was very easy to work with, trustworthy and friendly. Highly recommend!
Ulyana has been incredible! I’ve known her for 9 years and she’s taken care of my labradoodle and terriers on a number of occasions and has been magnificent with them! They are always SO happy to see her because she gives them a lot of love, cuddles, and walks! She’s has such a gentle and genuine nature about her and I believe any animal can sense that and be at peace with her. My terrier is a little more reactive and she’s done excellent with him and his behavior as well! Both my dogs are super active so she always makes it a priority to give them the exercise they need. I’ve had some sitters before in the past who just weren’t up to par or were too lazy to do anything, but Ulyana always goes the extra mile (literally) to ensure my dogs get the best quality of care. She is always engaging the dogs too, whether it’s with teaching them tricks or playing with them, so I know from a mental stimulation point that they’re truly getting challenged in a good way! She of course will also give lots of love and cuddles when need be too, though! They’re always well-fed, hydrated and happy. She’s also been very attentive and very flexible with our crazy schedules, even picking up last minute requests from us. She works in healthcare (with humans) but I feel that her ability to take care of humans also translates to her being able to take excellent care of any kind of animal, and she has an incredible sense of being able to read a dog’s body language and behavior and know when they’re feeling well or unwell. She gives us plenty of updates and never hesitates to asks questions — it’s clear that she loves what she does, and just wants to provide the best care for any kind of fur baby or animal. I HIGHLY recommend!!!

Schedule
I’m available all Monday, Tuesday, Wednesdays per month along with three Sat/Sundays per month. I work Thursday/Friday and one Sat/Sun per month so I can’t do those.

Safety, trust & environment
I live in a large 3,200 square foot suburban house and your dog is free to roam inside the home with my puppy. This offers a large advantage for your dog in comparison to other sitters who have an apartment with little indoor and outdoor space. Your dog/s and mine are always under supervision when they are here. Another advantage is social interaction from my puppy and your dog together. I have a front yard and back yard, unfenced. I will never let any dog outside without a leash. I have a huge trail system within short walking distance from my house (medicine lake regional trails and others) which spans multiple miles and is yet another perk of booking with me! I’m an avid walker/hiker and frequently take dogs out for walks but place priority on your needs and requests as each dog has different requirements. I am very comfortable with administering medications. I live in a smoke free, and kid free home. I truly love providing the best quality care to your furry friends, and treat them as my own. I pride myself on strong communication/updates as well. I am happy to schedule meet and greets to ensure we are a perfect fit.

A typical day
I live within a super short walking distance from a large trail system which I use daily — it’s super convenient, gives your dog the exercise and activity they need, and we both have fun! I believe dogs do best with routine, so I try my best to stick to what they know.
