It was our first time meeting. Ugo arrived early to get to know Ace a bit before the walk. She’s pleasant and professional and I am looking forward to more walks with my furry baby.
Ugo does an exceptional job walking my pup (who apparently considers humans to be her butlers) and then watering and feeding her at the conclusion of the walk. She is very calm and gentle to which my dog responds well. She is definitely a dog whisperer. Highly recommend Ugo to care for your for babies.
Ugo is an exceptionally responsible and caring pet owner who takes every precaution to ensure her dog, Duke, is safe, healthy, and happy. She is extremely attentive, patient, and interactive, always tuned into a pet’s needs and routines. Her strong knowledge of pet care, combined with her reliability and compassion, makes her someone I would fully trust to care for other people’s pets as if they were her own.
Ugo is a reliable, caring sitter who takes pets’ routines seriously. She follows instructions exactly, communicates proactively, and can be trusted to administer medications correctly. My Pluto loves her, I would highly recommend her to anyone needing a responsible caregiver.
I can’t rave enough about Ugo! She’s so reliable and really cared for my dog! My dog has really bad anxiety and Ugo’s great energy made me and my dog very comfortable. Will only be using Ugo! 100% recommend to anyone!
