I am a recent graduate from The University of Virginia who grew up in an animal-loving home. I am an attentive pet sitter and dog walker with over 10 years of hands-on experience caring for pets of all sizes, breeds, and personalities. I offer dog walking, drop-in visits, house sitting, and in-home care, focusing on keeping pets comfortable, safe, and happy while maintaining their normal routines. I’ve grown up caring for animals and currently have a friendly Bichon and two cats of my own, so I understand how important trust, consistency, and individualized care are. My experience includes daily walks, feeding schedules, playtime, basic grooming, litter box care, and administering simple medications when needed. I’m especially patient with shy, senior, or anxious pets and always take a calm, respectful approach. I currently work part-time, which gives me a very flexible schedule. I’m available for daytime walks and visits, evenings, and weekends, and I can accommodate pets who need multiple check-ins or extra attention throughout the day. I take pride in being dependable, communicative, and attentive to detail. I treat every pet as if they were my own and make sure pet parents feel confident and at ease while they’re away.

I live in a calm, pet-friendly home with one friendly Bichon and two cats who are well-socialized around other animals. I carefully supervise all interactions and can easily separate pets if needed. I follow each pet’s routine closely, prioritize cleanliness and safety, and communicate regularly with pet parents to ensure peace of mind while they’re away.

Tyson has watched my two Bernese Mountain Dogs on multiple occasions and handled their demanding care with ease. He’s attentive to supplements, medications, and multiple daily walks, and I fully trust him to care for them again.

I can't say enough great things about our dog sitter! He did an amazing job taking care of our dog, Beanie, while we were in Europe. He kept us updated throughout the trip with photos and messages, which really put our minds at ease. Beanie was happy, well cared for, and was having a great time. We came home to a relaxed and content pup, you can tell he got lots of love and attention. He has cared for numerous pets in our town!

Schedule
I currently work part-time, which gives me a very flexible schedule for pet care. I’m available for daytime visits, walks, and extended care, as well as evenings and weekends. Because my schedule is flexible, I’m able to accommodate pets who need consistent routines, multiple check-ins, or extra attention throughout the day.
