Hi, I’m Tyra! I provide a safe, structured, and attentive home environment where pets are treated like family. I focus on each dog’s comfort, routine, and individual needs to help them feel secure while you’re away. I have hands-on experience caring for both a high-energy Goldendoodle and a small Yorkie, giving me experience with a wide range of sizes, personalities, and energy levels. I pay close attention to behavior, body language, and routine so I can provide care that helps pets feel comfortable and settled in a new environment. In my home, pets receive: • Structured care and supervision • Playtime, enrichment, and safe outdoor breaks • A calm, clean, pet-friendly environment • Regular updates and photos for peace of mind My schedule allows me to provide morning, evening, and weekend care, with plenty of attention, exercise, and companionship outside of work hours. Dogs staying in my home should be comfortable being left alone for a standard workday if boarding occurs on weekdays. For the safety and well-being of all pets in my care, dogs must be able to coexist peacefully with other dogs or be comfortable with slow, structured introductions. Depending on a dog’s individual needs, I may not be the best fit for pets requiring constant supervision or extensive separation accommodations. My goal is always to make pets feel safe, comfortable, and genuinely cared for, so you can feel confident while you’re away💛

Pet care is an important part of my daily routine. I work full-time during the week, but I make pet care a priority before and after work and throughout the weekends. Dogs in my care receive plenty of attention, exercise, potty breaks, playtime, and companionship outside of work hours. I strive to keep their routines consistent and provide a safe, comfortable environment while their owners are away. Outside of work hours, I prioritize exercise, companionship, enrichment, and maintaining a consistent routine. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I treat both the pet and the home with respect. I aim to keep routines as normal as possible, provide reliable care, and help pets feel secure while their owners are away. I also provide regular updates and photos so owners can feel confident and connected throughout their pet’s stay.

A typical day
I tailor each day to a pet’s age, personality, and energy level. Mornings and evenings typically include walks, potty breaks, playtime, enrichment activities, and plenty of one-on-one attention. For more active dogs, I enjoy exploring local walking trails and parks when appropriate and with owner approval. Dogs also have opportunities to socialize with my resident dogs if they’re comfortable doing so. For pets who prefer a slower pace, I provide a calm environment with plenty of companionship, relaxation, and snuggles. My goal is to keep each pet’s routine as consistent as possible while making them feel safe, comfortable, and part of the family during their stay.
