I’m currently an airline pilot and have a large number of days where I’m home from flights before 3pm or home all day when I’m not flying.

Safety, trust & environment
I have crate trained multiple dogs and feed both of mine on command. I have created the understanding that a crate is a home for them and not a space for punishment.

I love to take pets on walks and give them the attention/energy outlet that they need. Any activity that they might require will be accommodated.
