We booked Tyler for 44 visits of 60 minutes each. Our security system at the front and back of the house records door opening/closing times, and on review of the records, we saw that Tyler consistently left 10-15minutes early every visit. Based on the back doors opening/closing and the front door opening/closing at the end of the visit, we are also quite certain the entire time was spent with one of our dogs who is younger and plays outside, while the other, who also goes outside but is too old to play and only walks around by herself ( and who prefers sitting on the couch with you and chewing on a toy) got no attention save for feeding. This was extremely disappointing, not only because we paid the extra dog fee and the 60 minute fee, but primarily because our dogs missed out on human connection while we were gone. We also received almost no updates on the dogs. For the first few days we received “Nothing of note to report” along with a couple of blurry photos of the dogs outside or eating, followed by weeks of no messages, just the report on feeding/bathroom breaks. It was also obvious that when our male dog urinated inside, as he will sometimes do, no effort was taken to clean up. I informed Tyler prior to the visits that there might be need to clean up in specific area and left cleaning supplies out – however when we returned in the evening, there was old dried on urine on all of these areas. Spraying with the enzyme cleaner we left behind did a quick job of the stains, however the urine being left there for so long has destroyed the grout on the baseboards, and the couch will need professional cleaning. Overall we are extremely disappointed with the services provided, considering we reached out to Tyler due to his 5 star reviews across the board.

Just got home after a week away. Tyler was extremely reliable and communicative. Animals are happy and healthy. It gave us great peace of mind to know our fur babies were well taken care of while we were away!

Tyler is wonderful. My pup is usually shy around males due to her past but she absolutely adores him. As soon as she sees his car in the driveway she gets so excited. He's great with her.

Tyler is wonderful! Our dogs took to him immediately and it is clear he has a bond with them. He is very reliable and trustworthy. He is very flexible with our scheduling needs. I highly recommend Tyler to care for your pets - I am completely confident and at ease knowing how responsible and loving he is toward my animals.

Tyler was great! It was our first time hiring a sitter for our girls and using Rover. Tyler was excellent with communication, and even came to our home twice before our first trip to confirm all of the instructions. Everyday he showed up when he was supposed to and gave a detailed report of how each visit went. He was extremely careful when entering and leaving our home as he was made aware that one of our cats was an escape artist. We were very comfortable having Tyler in our home taking care of our cats and he did a great job! We look forward to our next trip and hiring Tyler to come back. In the past, we've packed up our girls and stress them out to have a family member watch them in their space. Tyler allowed us to keep our girls in their own home with familiarity and in keeping with their same feeding schedule. Our girls were calm when we returned home and didn't skip a beat. I highly recommend Tyler's services!
