Tyler took my 2 dogs for walks everyday for a week while I was recovering from surgery. He was professional, kind and dogs very comfortable with him. Will definitely use Tyler again to meet my fur baby needs

Tyler has been so awesome to work with, and I highly recommend him to help care for and/or walking your pets. I've got 2 young and very hyper Labs, who I can't even walk at the same time- they are still learning their manners, and my youngest, Finn, a 90+lb 10 month old pup, is super strong. Tyler handles them both, with no problem, and he's got incredible patience, when dealing with them (they both have some anxiety issues, which can be challanging).

Always amazing!! Even in the early am

Tyler did a great job with my cat Ginny. She is an elderly cat, but loves to snuggle and be petted. She was quite happy when I returned after 10 days. I also appreciated the pictures from each visit—thank you Tyler!

Tyler seems like a nice enough person, and the dogs seemed to like him, but our dog sitting experience with him was really not great. He had to be reminded several times about the start date and time. He didn’t write our care instructions down when we introduced him to our dogs. He didn’t have a car, either, and was relying on his bike to get to our house in a timely manner in 90-100 degree heat. By far the most frustrating, however, was that he left the dogs alone overnight (not a huge problem) and then locked himself out. He didn’t tell me he was locked out until nearly 10 the next morning, by a message in Rover instead of texting me directly. We have a puppy and an elderly dog and neither can go that long without a bathroom break. He tried to leap our back fence to see if a back door was open and broke the lattice off, leaving exposed nails on the broken piece in the back yard that the dogs could’ve stepped on (and my husband did). We had to call a locksmith to let him in, at significant additional expense to us. It still all might’ve been ok if he had been more responsible about contacting us throughout, but no matter how many times I begged him to call me or my husband he didn’t, and didn’t answer when I tried to call him. (He did finally answer my husband’s calls, but in the middle of all this decided it was the time to talk about tipping him and maintaining his 5 star reviews.) We were too far away to come home immediately, so you can imagine how incredibly frustrating it was to have so few updates of any substance over the nearly six hours it took to resolve the situation. When we arrived home the house reeked of dog pee and we could see the stains on the carpets. They were clearly not cleaned up properly. Tyler apologized for messing up, and I appreciate that, but a more appropriate apology would have been to clean up after his mistake. For all these reasons I can’t recommend Tyler and won’t be using him again.
