Hi! I provide calm, personalized home-style dog boarding and daycare in Richfield with a fenced backyard, plenty of outdoor time, and a safe, relaxed environment for dogs to feel comfortable and at home. I’ve always enjoyed being around dogs and understand that every dog has different energy levels, routines, and personalities. My goal is to provide a structured and low-stress experience with lots of supervision, outdoor breaks, playtime, walks, and attention throughout the day. I currently have a friendly older dog, Ava, who enjoys a calm environment, so my home is set up with comfort and accessibility in mind for senior dogs as well. I have a doggy door for easy backyard access along with a setup that works well for my older dog with arthritis, helping create a comfortable and low-stress environment indoors and outdoors. My fenced backyard gives dogs room to safely explore, sniff, relax, and play while being supervised. Inside the home, I also keep toys and indoor play areas available for enrichment, engagement, and downtime during the day. I work hybrid and spend a good amount of time at home, which allows me to provide consistent care, potty breaks, and companionship throughout the day. I enjoy staying active outdoors and making sure dogs get both physical activity and relaxation depending on their individual needs and personalities. Safety and communication are very important to me. I prefer meet-and-greets beforehand to make sure everyone is comfortable and it’s a good fit. I’ll also provide regular updates and photos during your dog’s stay so you can feel comfortable while away. Whether your dog enjoys relaxing, backyard time, walks, indoor play, or simply having a calm home environment while you travel, I’d love to help provide a safe and comfortable stay.

Addy had a great weekend with Tyler and his dog! Tyler provided me with great updates and took Addy on long trail walks and to the dog park. He was great to coordinate with and was super accommodating when our travel plans were delayed.
This is the second time we have left our dogs with Tyler! He was great giving them attention and exercise they need! Attends to all the personal needs! And gives lots of updates throughout the stay! Dogs always leave happy and tired!
Tyler sat for my dog for a week, and it was my first time using Rover so I was pretty anxious at first (leaving her with a “stranger”), but while I was actually gone, all my anxiety was eased! Tyler sent so many pictures, I felt like I was able to know how my pup was doing throughout each day. She had a great time with Tyler’s dog, Ava, who is so sweet, loving, and gentle (also great at sharing her treats and toys). Tyler took my dog on lots of walks, it’s evident that he knows a tired dog is a good dog! He was also very accommodating with my schedule for both drop off and pick up. I will definitely be seeking out his services again if I need!
Tyler again took amazing care of our lab puppy. This was the second time Tyler took care of her and we enjoyed daily photos and updates of her. You can really tell Tyler absolutely loves dogs! We highly recommend if you are needing a great dog sitter, Tyler is your guy.
We have never used Rover before for boarding and decided to try a dog sitter in their home after having a very stressed out dog at a regular boarding facility. After looking at numerous profiles we chose Tyler and never had a worry. He was patient and kind with our dogs and even though our dogs were with him during a week of extreme heat, Tyler would walk them early and kept them cool. He gave us daily updates and took numerous pictures of our very contented dogs. I definitely would use Tyler again!
Tyler was great with our 2 pups! They are very high energy and one has separation anxiety. Tyler took them on multiple walks and played in the backyard! He sent multiple update photos which really helped with our peace of mind as this was our first time leaving our dogs somewhere other than family! Highly recommend Tyler he has a great attitude and takes very good care of your pups!!

Schedule
I may be able to work from home on boarding days during the week. If not, I have Rover home-visitor visit midday for 1/2 an hour. I would go on multiple walks & have a large fenced backyard.

Safety, trust & environment
I have a fenced backyard & my pup is extremely friendly & is not aggressive or possessive over toys/treats. I can crate if necessary and allow well behaved pups to roam.

A typical day
Morning walk followed by play time. Ample space in yard with both sun spots & shade. Long afternoon walk & again play time. My dog likes to play with toys & gets along with all dogs small & large.
