My dogs all have their own kennel as well as their own dogs beds, although they get to sleep wherever and usually chose to sleep on the couch or my bed with me. I have a dog door for them that goes out to the deck with a large fully fenced in back yard. For food and water I have a dog water dispenser upstairs and downstairs and have a separate space from my dogs with dog beds, a tv, couch, and many toys for dogs staying with me to eat and have a space away from my dogs if they need it. I am willing to do whatever you may need to make things as stress free as possible for both you and your pups.

Information Tyler B. would like to know about your pet

Just let me know what their usual daily routine is, their temperament, activities and toys they like, if they have any type of special needs, and anything else you would like for me to know to give your dog the best care and put your mind at ease while you are away from them.

A typical day

I like to do activities that will make your dog happy and comfortable. Being away from you can be a stressful time for them and by me sticking to their daily routine as closely as possible usually helps with that. It’s also extremely important for me to do what makes you at ease while you’re away from your dog. I’m always open to helping you as well if you are looking for new things to do with your dog from helping with what to feed them or activities to do with. At my house the dogs have their own bedroom with dog beds, toys, and a window for them to look out. A few of the beds that they have are Bully Beds that are orthopedic memory foam and very large. (I can lay on them stretched out and am 6’2’’) We go for walks twice a day and spend a lot of time in the backyard playing fetch and running through the sprinkler durning the summer and lots of time playing in the snow during the winter. I also have various enrichment toys and activities to do with them inside, as well as lure course, dog sprinkler, elevated dog beds, and a dig pit in the back yard for them.

Pet care experience

I’ve had dogs for as long as I can remember. My family had many hunting dogs when I was growing up and after graduating from college I ended up adopting five of my own dogs. I love and have experience with dogs of all ages, sizes, and breeds. My dogs are all different breeds and sizes and vary in ages. I’ve worked as a groomer, a dog handler and trainer at a boarding facility, and have worked with various pet parents on nutrition and behavior training for their dogs. I am currently finishing my undergraduate degree in Animal Science and am then as well as a new certification in hospice and palliative care for senior and terminally ill dogs. I also recently received my certification from the Certification Council for Professional Dog Trainers. I eventually would to work with pet parents to help them with making sure their pets live a happy and healthy life.
