I have recently completed an MFA in Stage Management at the David Geffen School of Drama at Yale and, now have plenty of time to take pups on walks or do sittings. I'm generally free most afternoons and evenings, with occasional morning availability.

I am very attentive to a pet's needs, and will make sure to give them the love they want (and know when to back off if they'd rather be alone). Unfortunately I am not currently offering boarding for furry friends. Before visits/sitting I'd prefer to meet beforehand, to get used to the space and aquainted with the pet's routine.

Please let me know if your furry friend has any treat restrictions, or special ways they like to be played with. Unfortunately at this time I cannot give a pet medication unless it is to be mixed with their food.
A typical day
We'll go on fun park walks to catch good smells, and we'll play with any and all toys they have available! I love dog walking by the water because there's always something new for the pup to discover.

Pet care experience
I started dog walking in college, which naturally expanded to sitting. Other than the feeling of getting my degree, taking care of those sweet pets made my experience so pleasant. Community members have trusted me to not only make sure their pets are properly looked after, but that they make a new friend too. Befriending new animals is why I love this job!

Our 6 year old pug adores Ty! Since Puck was a puppy, Ty has house sat and watched Puck while we are away for long weekends or on vacation for a week or longer. They are great with following Puck's feeding and walking schedule and spending time playing with him. He loves when they come to visit. Ty is a very responsible person and a wonderful pet caregiver.
Ty is a mindful, attentive person who loves animals and always treats them with respect and love. I remember when they adopted a troubled cat named Sadie, who was too afraid of humans to show her face, even during feeding time. Ty never gave up and gave Sadie as much love and attention as she would accept, took good care of her health, and worked towards teaching Sadie to trust humans. Sadie lives with Ty's parents now, but she's lucky to have had someone as dedicated and caring as Ty to take her in.
