First time leaving our baby with anyone, and they made it such a wonderful experience! She had so much fun playing with their dogs and was completely spoiled (just how she likes it). We felt totally at ease and will absolutely trust them with her again whenever we need care.

I have known Tuyen for over 12 years, and throughout that time, he has consistently shown himself to be a deeply caring and compassionate animal lover. His patience and love for animals are evident in the many heartfelt moments he shares on social media. I recall when his beloved dog, Truffles, was aging and nearing the end of his life. Tuyen would gently place him in a stroller and take him to the park daily, capturing meaningful photos and videos to honor their time together. Similarly, when his wife’s dog, Oreo, passed away, Tuyen created several beautiful and emotional tribute videos that reflected his deep bond and respect for the pet’s memory. Tuyen has also helped me personally by caring for my pet rabbit and assisting in training my border collie. As the owner of the Houston Badminton Center, he has extended his kindness to others as well, often allowing members to bring their pets to the facility and even helping to look after them while their owners played. Most recently, Tuyen adopted two puppies from a shelter, unable to bear the thought of them being mistreated or neglected. Tuyen is truly a kind-hearted and warm individual—both with animals and people. His genuine nature, trustworthiness, and compassion are just some of the reasons he is so well-respected and successful within the community.

Tuyen had owned two sibling dogs, Oreo and Truffles, since i've know him. It is apparent how much he cared for them as they grew frail and passed. Truly as his own children, he carried them along increasingly frequent bike rides bike rides as they had always enjoyed, recording the experience each ride.

Tuyen is very friendly with dogs and always looks after them as if they were his children. He often takes his dogs for walks and the dogs love being with him.

Tuyen is very gentle and loving with my pets. He is reliable ,punctual, and trustworthy. Moreover, he goes above and beyond each time they are under his care. My pets get excited when they see him. I am so glad to have found Tuyen and will continue to use his service.
