My husband Anthony and I are very detail oriented and give 100% of our attention to your pet's needs. With extensive experience in luxury customer service, we go above and beyond to make sure you that each stay is personalized to your needs. We are prompt, communicative, proactive, and responsible. Above all else, we want to give you the peace of mind that your family member and home will be well taken care of. Such a great experience with Tuilly and Anthony! They are attentive, kind, and communicative from the very start. The meet and greet was easy (our cat took an immediate liking to them) and their updates during their drop-ins are thorough and informative. We could really tell they love animals! Our cat Cosmo was happy to see them whenever they dropped by (plus the photos they took were such a nice bonus) and he was well taken care of with this insulin shots. We'll definitely book with them again whenever we're away!
I feel so, so lucky I found these two on Rover! My cat has been very shy and stressed with new people lately, and they got him out and sniffing and getting pets & treats by their third visit! They sent amazing photos and really comprehensive updates, and leaving him for a couple days turned from something incredibly stressful to feeling relaxed and certain he was in good hands. They even got him to enjoy Churu, which neither I, my roommates, nor his vet have been able to do. They were incredibly professional & friendly and you can just tell that they really love what they do. I would and will absolutely book them again in the future!
