If you plan to take the Link, it's just a 2-minute walk! 🚗 Parking Note: Please note there is only street parking available by the townhome complexes. -------------------- PET REQUIREMENTS & EXCLUSIONS ❌ Multi-Dog Environment (No Solo Care): I host a max of 3-4 dogs at a time and cannot offer exclusive, 1-on-1 solo care. Your pup must be fully comfortable and socialized around other dog-friendly guests! ❌ NO aggressive or excessively barking dogs. ❌ I am unable to accept dogs that are "escape artists" or prone to running away. For the safety and peace of mind of everyone involved, I want to ensure every pet in my care stays completely secure. Thank you for understanding! -------------------- MEETINGS & DROP-OFF POLICY 🙅 No Home Tours: To maintain safety and privacy, no home tours or indoor visits are permitted. 🌳 Outdoor Meetings: All meet-and-greets and pet handoffs happen safely outside. -------------------- LOGISTICS & COMMUNICATION ⏰ Flexible Hours: Drop-off & Pick-up times from 7:00 AM - 12:00 AM (Midnight). 🤎 Daily Updates: I work from home and give pets lots of attention throughout the day. While balancing family responsibilities, I typically send 1–2 updates per day so you know your pets are safe, loved, and well cared for. 😊 -------------------- HEALTH & SAFETY 💉 Vaccinations & Prevention: All dogs must be fully up-to-date on core vaccinations (Rabies, DHPP, Bordetella) and current on flea/tick prevention before their stay. 🩺 Emergency Care: In the rare event of a medical issue, I will immediately contact you and your preferred vet. We booked Tu last minute to watch our 3 month old puppy while we were away for a few days. She was super responsive and accommodating. When our flight got delayed and I wouldn’t be able to pick up our puppy on time, Tu dropped him off in our home so he’d be there waiting for us when we got there. Tu sent daily updates and our puppy had a great time playing with the other dogs Tu babysat.
Jazz enjoyed the stay with Tu. He looked happy and content. Thanks to Tu T. She was very flexible with pickup timing.
She took care of Zeus like it was her's,and during a travel trip going through bad weather we were delayed on picking up Zeus so he had to stay a few more days, which Tu didn't have any problems with,she can keep Zeus anytime if we need her assistance again, Thanks Tu.
Tu helped me with a last minute boarding request, thank you for accommodating and being flexible The communication during the stay could have been more prompt, I was expecting updates from their side as they posted in their profile but I had to ask for an update every time and during the first day of boarding I received a reply 4-5 hours after leaving me extremely worried.
