I’m also a cat lover and understand that cats often need a calm environment, respect for their space, and consistent routines. Our puppy, Gwenny, was clearly feeling a little homesick and anxious in unfamiliar settings, and she's used to using our backyard whenever she wants to potty. Wendy did a great job making her feel comfortable.

If I could rate even higher to Wendy and Wesley, I would! They took care of my stubborn shiba inu for a few weeks and he just fell in love with them. This is a shiba who has a stranger danger complex, not approachable at all. But within the second day, he let them pet him on his head. On the third day, he was regularly playing fetch with him. What did they do?? It was the Wesley+Wendy magic. They followed my instructions well and provided more walks when it was cooler, as I mentioned as preference (hot summer). Hachi had a bit of a stomach issue but they kept me up to date and helped with his temporary diet change without hesitation. Everything went on without a hitch! I would totally recommend them and book future stays with them if they're available!

Wesley and Wendy took great care of my dog Cody for a week! Thanks to their frequent updates with pictures and videos, I could have total peace of mind during my vacation that Cody was well taken care of. From the start, they communicated clearly with me, and asked me lots of questions, so I knew they would take good care of Cody. He immediately warmed up to them from our first meetup and I could tell from the photos and videos that they sent that he was very comfortable with them during his stay. Wesley and Wendy were very flexible and accommodating, and I'll be happy to let Cody stay with them again!
Thanks to Wesley and Wendy’s care, my dog Pudding had a wonderful day at their home. Great experience. They always replied promptly and kept me updated on how Pudding was doing at their home, along with photos.

Schedule
I work fully from home, and my wife Wendy also works from home, so pet care fits naturally into our daily routine. We have a very flexible schedule and are able to provide frequent check-ins, walks, playtime, feeding, and companionship throughout the day. I enjoy taking regular breaks for walks and fresh air, which works well for dogs who need multiple outings. Because we’re home most of the time, pets are rarely left alone and can maintain a consistent routine that helps them feel relaxed and secure.

We currently don’t have any pets in our home, which allows us to provide a calm, clean, and quiet environment—especially suitable for dogs or cats who prefer being the only pet or need extra attention. Since both Wendy and I work from home, we’re able to supervise pets closely and respond quickly to their needs. We follow the owner’s care instructions carefully, including feeding schedules, potty routines, crate routines, and house rules. Safety is always a priority: doors are kept secure, walk equipment is double-checked, and pets are never left unattended during outings. We aim to create a safe, comfortable, and stress-free experience for every pet in our care.
A typical day
A typical day includes morning potty breaks or walks, feeding, and some playtime to help pets start the day relaxed and happy. Throughout the day, I provide additional walks, enrichment activities, and quiet companionship. We explore the neighborhood for new smells, enjoy nearby green spaces, and balance activity with rest time to match each pet’s energy level and personality.
