Tyrnae did a FANTASTIC job caring for my high maintenance fur baby. He has allergy and skin issues, so I’m always nervous when I have to board him. Hands down, this was by far our best boarding experience ever!

Trynae was an awesome walker and caretaker. Oliver spent several nights with her and her family. She was very adaptable if my schedule changed. If I’m ever back in the Landover/Bowie area with my buddy, I’ll definitely contact her n

When we got Chester back, we noticed he was bleeding. My daughter mentioned it, but there was no response to her verbal inquiry. My wife took pictures of Chester's injuries when we got home and sent them to the sitter via the app, asking about them. The sitter responded that the crate probably caused the injuries. This doesn’t make sense because, in the three years we've had Chester, he has never hurt himself in or on his crate. The marks clearly looked like bites or claw marks. Additionally, Chester’s name tags and rabies tags were removed, and the loop on his collar was bent as if it had been ripped off. We no longer feel safe bringing our dog to this sitter. If Chester had been in a fight or had an accident, we would have been much more understanding if the sitter had been honest. The explanation that the crate caused the injuries was insulting. When we leave our dog in the care of someone we are paying, we expect the sitter to know exactly what happens and report it accurately.

Our Chester was well taken care of. Trynae, was super nice and very accommodating.

Great sitter!! Pharaoh seemed happy with his stay. Will book again.
