My initial professional experience with animals was working at an animal hospital where I took care of dogs and cats. This work formed my adult fondness for pet care. As a teenager I had several cats and dogs in my household, and I was responsible for taking care of all of them. More recently, I have engaged in dog sitting and have been a pet-parent for the past 15 years.

I am available for pet-sitting in your home so that your dog and/or cat (I also take care of fish) remains as comfortable as possible in the environment they are most familiar with.

Troy did a fantastic job sitting for our Golden Retriever, Dory, while we were away for the weekend. He also took care of feeding the fish in our aquarium and attending to a few household items that went above and beyond what we expected him to do. So glad to have Troy on call through Rover to help with our pet sitting needs.

Troy has done overnight dog sitting at my residence several times for my golden retriever, Dory. Troy is patient, punctual, reliable and trustworthy. In, addition, Dory loves being with him when he comes to sit for her. Troy has a lot of experience with dogs and cats, including being a pet parent himself. I always know that if Troy is my pet sitter, our precious girl, Dory, will be in good hands when my wife and I are out-of-town for a weekend or longer.
