This means that I'm generally free on weekdays either entirely or onward from the early afternoon. I am often in rehearsals for shows with the Warren Players, so I would need to adjust visits around the window from 6:00-9:00pm on such nights."

I make sure to arrange a meet and greet before any stays or visits so that the pet or pets recognize me when I arrive without their parent(s). I like to get them outside for either just a bathroom break or their walk as quickly as I can as they've likely been holding it for some time. While on walks with others' dogs, I make sure I'm using the leash, collar, and/or harness that the owner(s) provided. These walks are done according to any guidance I've received about the dog(s) and their interactions with other animals. In an owner's home or my own, I set alarms and reminders should any medical or food needs be stringent with regard to timing. Lastly, the pet(s) will be cuddled, should they be alright with this. Obviously.

If your dog has any specific dietary needs or conditions, or if they have any injuries, disabilities, or healing wounds, please let me know ahead of time! I am comfortable keeping dressings clean, allowing for extra time when your dog walks or at mealtimes, and administering medication if needed. If you would like me to groom your dog(s) in any particular way while I'm with them, I am comfortable performing basic practices, though anything more stylistic is probably out of my depth.
A typical day
I like to play around with the pets I'm walking after their time outside and either sit around with them for some cuddles or tug their favorite toy with them. If I'm boarding a pet, they'll get at least one walk per day, sometimes with my own dog, Boulette, and if they feel up to playing with their toys (or some of Bou's many extras), I'm more than ready to make sure they get that energy out.

My family had Zoey (a Catahoula leopard dog mix) for almost 14 years before we had to have her put down in October 2016. While I did what I could when I could, being in college for several years of her life with us meant that I didn't have the chance to care for her as fully as I wish I could have. However, since December 2016, I have helped the woman who is now my spouse care for her beautiful pitbull-Staffordshire mix, Boulette (Meatball). I've learned a great deal about responsible pet care in the time that we've been together, having lived in the same apartment since December 2020, and I'm eager to follow her example. I assure you, we'll keep your furry, fuzzy, fluffy, and otherwise adorned four-legged friends happy and healthy while you're away! I currently deliver mail as a part-time Rural Carrier with the Warren post office. This means that I'm generally free on weekdays either entirely or onward from the early afternoon. I am often in rehearsals for shows with the Warren Players, so I would need to adjust visits around the window from 6:00-9:00pm on such nights. I currently live with my significant other and our American Pitbull-Staffordshire mix, Boulette, in an apartment in Warren, PA. In the apartment, there is enough room for tug and general back-and-forth rough-housing, as well as plenty of walkable streets and sidewalks. Nearby Beaty Park is a great place to allow for higher energy dogs to run as needed. In a client's home, I will be sure to confirm what kinds of activities their pet enjoys so that I know what to include throughout the day and where we might need to go for exercise. I am not currently available for overnight sittings, but I am willing to visit for feeding and bathroom breaks, take them for walks, and board one dog at a time in our apartment. Boulette is friendly with pretty much every other living thing, so meeting new dogs and their owners is of no concern. My significant other has been a Rover sitter in the past and is a skilled, amateur trainer.
