This summer I’m focusing on pet sitting and dog walking while I search for a full-time teaching position in the area for the upcoming school year. I’m staying local to the Aurora area and am available for bookings all summer! If you’re looking for a consistent and reliable sitter or walker, I’d love to be there for you and your pets.

A typical day
A typical day with your pet would include plenty of love, attention, and fun! Depending on their energy level and preferences, we might go for a refreshing walk, play with their favorite toys, or just relax together with some cuddles. I’m great at picking up on what each pet needs—whether that’s a gentle game, some training practice, or quiet downtime. My goal is always to keep your pet happy, comfortable, and entertained while you’re away.

Pet care experience
I’ve been an active Rover sitter for over 2 years now and absolutely love what I do! I have a 7-year-old Goldendoodle named Penny, who I’ve helped raise and train since we brought her home in 2019. Through Rover, I’ve gained experience caring for dogs of all sizes, temperaments, and needs—from energetic puppies to sweet senior pups. Last spring I graduated with a degree in Elementary Education from Illinois State University, and am just finishing up my first year as a 2nd grade teacher! With my background in teaching, I bring a patient, attentive, and empathetic approach to every pet I care for. I always do my best to make sure your dog feels safe, happy, and loved while you’re away.

Tristian C. cancelled a booking 2 days before it was scheduled to begin.
Tristian was great. A little late but it was earlier in the day and didn't really mess with our plans so no harm, no foul. Our girls were a fan of hers from the meet and greet so absolutely no issues there. Would absolutely book with her again!
We only have great things to say about Tristian, she was amazing from the very beginning. She answered all our questions quickly and clearly, and was extremely polite and helpful when we met in person. She stayed with our dogs for 17 days, and we got daily updates and tons of pictures (which I loved!). The dogs were clearly well cared for and had a great time with her. We came home to two happy, fulfilled pups. Tristian was incredible, communication was spot-on, she followed everything we discussed, and she was super attentive to both my senior dog’s needs and my high-energy shepherd. She was also very respectful and left our home in perfect condition. We’ll definitely reach out to her again whenever we need someone!
Tristian took such great care of our dog and our home and made our vacation stress free because of the cute updates she sent. My dog was living the life!
