I appreciate knowing as much as possible about each pet ahead of time so I can provide the safest and most comfortable care. It’s especially helpful to know about your pet’s daily routine, feeding schedule, any allergies or medical conditions, medication instructions, and typical behavior around other dogs and people. I also like to be informed of any triggers such as separation anxiety, leash reactivity, or resource guarding so I can manage the environment appropriately. Knowing their potty habits, preferred sleeping arrangements, and comfort items (like toys or blankets) also helps them settle in quickly. My goal is to make every pet feel secure, understood, and at home, so the more we know in advance, the better experience we can provide.

I like to keep pets both active and comfortable depending on their energy level and personality. For more playful dogs, I do supervised backyard playtime, fetch, short training sessions, and enrichment games that help keep them mentally stimulated. Since I work from home, pets also get plenty of attention, belly rubs, and companionship throughout the day so they never feel alone.
