Pet care is a central part of my daily life — not just a job, but a true passion woven into my routine. Each day is thoughtfully planned around the dogs I care for to ensure they get the attention, exercise, and affection they deserve. Mornings typically start with walks or breakfast for any boarding or daycare pups. Throughout the day, I schedule drop-in visits, enrichment activities, playtime, and potty breaks based on each dog's individual needs. For daycare dogs, I maintain a structured yet relaxed environment with plenty of cuddle time, short walks, and rest breaks to keep small dogs feeling safe and content. Evenings are often filled with winding down, dinner routines, and sending photo updates to pet parents. I also build in time for cleaning, prepping meals, and maintaining a calm, cozy home environment. Because I focus exclusively on small dogs, I can tailor my routine to their specific needs — whether that’s a midday walk, medication, or just sitting with a lapdog who needs some company. Pet care isn’t just something I fit into my schedule — it is my schedule, and I wouldn’t have it any other way!

Whether it’s keeping up with grooming, giving medication on schedule, or simply spending quiet time together, I make sure they feel secure, happy, and part of the family. I also believe in understanding each pet’s personality — some love to play, some just want to snuggle, and some need a little extra patience. I adjust my care to suit their needs, always leading with kindness and respect. For me, pet care isn’t just about meeting basic needs — it’s about nurturing trust and building a bond that makes every pet feel loved.

Before caring for any pet, I always ask a few key questions to ensure I can provide the safest, most comfortable, and personalized care possible. Here’s what I like to know ahead of time: 🐾 Personality & Temperament Is your dog shy, outgoing, nervous, or high-energy? Do they like other dogs? Knowing this helps me tailor their environment and interactions. 🥣 Feeding Schedule & Dietary Needs Do they have any food allergies or restrictions? What time do they usually eat? I stick closely to their routine to keep things familiar. 🚶♀️ Exercise Needs & Preferences Do they love long walks or prefer short potty breaks? Are there any physical limitations or restrictions I should be aware of? 🏥 Health Concerns or Medications Are they on any meds, or do they have conditions like arthritis, anxiety, or seizures? I’m comfortable giving medication and adjusting care as needed. 🐶 Triggers or Behavioral Issues Do they react to loud noises, strangers, other dogs, or being left alone? This helps me manage their environment and avoid stress. 🛏️ Comfort Items & Routines Do they sleep in a crate? Do they have a favorite blanket or toy? Familiar items help them feel more at home, especially during boarding or daycare. *One photo of your pet WILL BE USED in my profile photos after the visit is completed!* 📞 Emergency Contact Info & Vet Details Just in case something unexpected comes up, I always like to have your preferred vet and a backup contact on file. Late Pick Ups! Late pick ups will result in an added $10-20 charge. $10 if it passes your scheduled pick up time. $20 for over an hour lateness past your scheduled pick up time. The more I know, the better care I can give — and the more peace of mind you’ll have while your dog is with me!

I let them enjoy the journey — not just rush through it. 🎾 Indoor & Outdoor Playtime: From gentle fetch in a fenced area to interactive toy games and tug-of-war, I keep things fun and stimulating. 🧩 Brain Games & Treat Puzzles: For mental exercise, I introduce treat-dispensing toys, snuffle mats, or simple training games using positive reinforcement. 🎶 Music & Calming Time: Some pups love relaxing to soft music or curling up with me for a quiet snuggle — especially those who are more low-key or anxious. 📸 Photo Sessions & Updates: I love snapping cute pics during play or cuddle time so you can see all the fun your pup is having while you’re away! Whether your dog loves a playful romp, a cozy nap, or a bit of both, I make sure their time with me is happy, safe, and filled with love and attention.

Trishelle was wonderful with my dog, Ruthie! Communication was excellent, she kept me updated throughout the day with pictures and even provided a detailed report card at the end of the day. She was very flexible with my work schedule and patient with Ruthie, who is still learning to socialize with different people and animals. I truly appreciate the care and attention Trishelle gave, highly recommend!
Trishelle was great! I’ve been nervous leaving KB with other people as I’ve had both good and bad experiences on Rover, but since Trishelle also has a dachshund, I thought this would be a great fit and opportunity for KB to socialize. Trishelle is very communicative, keeping me updated throughout thr day, sending pictures and videos. Her dachshund, Ollie was super excited to meet KB, which is great but KB is a bit shy in the beginning. By the time I picked him up, they were playing walking side by side and KB looked right at home! I would definitely recommend Trishelle to anyone looking for a sitter, and will look to book with her again!
