Availability
I will be working M-F, 8am - 5pm in Elkhart. When I’m not at work I will be at your house with your pets. Please know that if your pets need a lunch break I cannot really accommodate that. Outside of work hours they will be well cared for. Weekends are wide open and fully available.

As a dog owner in the past, I lived by the rule that they completely depend on us for survival and that is the responsibility you take when you get a pet. As soon as I wake in the morning the dogs go out. They eat before I eat. They get plenty of play time, walks, and all the skritches! I try to listen as they tell me what they need because no two dogs are the same.

If your dog has special needs, please write down instructions and let me know what I need to do. Communication is the key! I’m well instructed in human emergency management and much of that applies to fur babies as well.
A typical day
Hiking, if the dog is up for that. Loads of floor play inside, walks, of course, and if a yard is available we can play outside as long as the dog is not too cold/hot.

I have house and pet sat for over 20 years. Dogs are the absolute best. Since I was a child pets have been a major part of my life, from raising rabbits, turkeys, and dogs, to having an iguana. I absolutely love dogs but cannot have one in my apartment so I enjoy spoiling other people’s loved ones. I’m clean and quiet and love hiking when possible, or even just a stroll around the neighborhood. Rest assured that you have a business professional taking care of your loved ones and your home.
