My two doggos are the center of my world....we like to go on walkies...would live to have some new friends to go with. They are also the official testers for my homemade dog treats...I make them from scratch (I can pronounce all of the ingredients). I'm addition, I re-purpose older items into enrichment activities and doggo toys. Using homemade games and toys, I try to not let them get bored at home; We do enjoy naps throughout the day. Once a month or so, I like to walk them, one at a time, through a local pet store. Besides it being good socialization work, I let them each pick out their own toy. Entertainment for all of us :)

Safety, trust & environment
My yard is not fenced, so my guys stay on lead while playing outdoors. We occasionally go to the local dog park. Then, leashes come off, and they can run and play as much as they want. I also enjoy creating games out of household items to keep their sniffers and brains working in tip-top shape. I make treats from scratch often; I home-cook dog food when I have enough time. They really like the frozen treats I make in the summer. Healthy tummy, healthy mind. :)

Information Trisha C. would like to know about your pet
If their are any special needs, I will gladly accommodate. Both of my doggos will be inquisitive at first, but they quickly go on about their own lives. Let me know if special names you call them, or perhaps bring a small item from your home. Those are a couple of fabulous tips for any Nervous Nellie parents. Remember, Communication is key! Never hesitate to call or text me with any questions or concerns while I'm watching your fur baby.
A typical day
When we have houseguests, more naps are in order. My weenie dog is a hardcore play partner, my older guy, on occasion. I like to go to the school playground and bury goodies in the sand for them to find. They can spend hours in the sand hunting for treasure!

Pet care experience
Ive taken care of many dogs since I was a child. Most recently, I worked at the Kansas Humane Society; nearly every department at one time or another. Emotionally draining, but still is my Dream job :) I worked in the Behavior Dept., assessing all the newcomers, as well as behavior modification sessions. I know, from first hand experience, that, yes, one can teach an old dog new tricks. The geriatric doggos are always my favorite. They've done a fantastic job, now it's our turn to provide them with the end of life they deserve.
Reviews
Trisha treated our dog so good! We will always use her and we can’t recommend her enough! Great service, Dozer loved being with her. No issues ever!
I may not have pets of my own yet, but after getting to know Trisha and spending time around her two incredibly happy, well-mannered dogs Baxter and Repo, I can confidently say she’s the real deal. The way she cares for her own pups—always patient, affectionate, and completely tuned-in to their needs—tells you everything. Her dogs are so loved, confident, and perfectly behaved because Trisha treats them like family, not just pets. She’s the kind of person who notices the smallest details (a subtle change in energy, a new favorite toy) and genuinely lights up talking about animals. For a Rover recommendation, Trisha is the first because she’s responsible, warm, communicative, and has that rare gift of making every dog (and human) feel special. If she loves and cares for her clients’ dogs even half as well as she does her own two, (Baxter and Repo), your pup is in the absolute best hands. I’d trust her in a heartbeat the moment I become a pet parent myself!
