After 18 years of caring for other people’s pets as if they were my own, I can say I truly love my job! I have cared for dogs, cats, rabbits, birds, and even the occasional turtle. I am especially fond of small puppers because they give the best cuddles but I am a sucker for gentle giants as well. I specialize in caring for dogs with specific injuries such as IVDD (specifically in daschunds and corgies), sprained paws and legs, recently neutered and spayed pups, and pups recovering from allergies. I have experience working with rescue animals and many of the issues that may come with them as well. Special needs dogs and cats aren’t an issue at all. My care and love are flexible! I can sit and bond with your fur babies in the home while giving primo cuddles and care, or I can get outside and jog with your leashed pet and stop at the dog park for some active play. My availability is flexible, especially Friday- Sunday, but if you give advanced notice, I can flex my weekday schedule Monday-Thursday. I will walk, jog, feed, administer medication, monitor, play with, bathe, and groom your pup (nail clipping and fur trimming excluded). I have experience with working with animals who experience separation anxiety as well and can help keep them calm until you return! I will retrieve your mail and packages if you’d like, as well as put out your garbage on your specified trash pick up days. For housesitting and boarding requests, I ask for advanced notice of at least 5 days, but the more notice, the better. Meet and greets for these services are required.
