Update 6/2025: I am off for the summer but will be gone for the first half of July. I can do walks and drop ins and shorter length house sitting that do not require an overnight stay. For house sitting, I am open to requests within a 5 mile radius of where I live so I can do frequent drop ins to ensure I can provide sufficient care for your pets. Thank you!

Based on the pet, I will take time to ensure that they do not leave the home and if they need to be crated when unsupervised I will ensure they return to their crate. If your dog has specific behavior concerns, please let me know beforehand so I can keep them safe!

Let me know if your dog has any special needs or behaviors to be aware of. I have experience working with puppies and training to walk. I also have some experience with caring for elder dogs that require medication and extra care/patience when moving around.
A typical day
A typical would day would be taking your pup on a longer walk and getting good exercise. I can typically walk a dog at a steady pace. For drop-ins your pup(s) and I will make sure to play and get outside to use the bathroom if needed!

I have had dogs since I was about 15 and have two of my own now. My first experience with taking care of dogs is watching my best friend's 3 senior dogs when they went on their honeymoon. Last year when I was unemployed and looking for a new job, I started walking dogs and doing housesitting to stay busy and I loved it!
