Tricia was friendly and generally good with our 3 dogs for our interview. We wanted our pups to not be alone overnight and that they were not to be left alone for more than 8 to 9 hours at a time. We have ring and it notifies us when people come and go and on the first day, Tricia showed up and basically was there over night and into all the following day until 6 in the evening. That night she was gone until 5am the next morning...11 hours! That new day, she was there until the evening again at 6 she did not return until after 8 the next morning...that was over 14 hours our dogs were alone through the night (in their crates)!! That was the day we were returning around 3:30 to 4pm but she left only 2 hours after she gotten there at 10 am. So after 2 double digit night shifts alone our dogs were left again for another 6 hours. When we arrived home we also found that our slider screen door had been knocked off its track, probably from the dogs running desperately out to go, something she neglected to tell us. Where she did tell us she was a nurse, she never mentioned she would be working nights or the possibility of her being gone for that long. Her circumstances did not make her a good match for our needs and she should have been forthcoming about it. Instead, she basically yes'd us and our dogs suffered for it.

Tricia was great with our two young, energetic dogs! We got lots of pictures and updates while we were out of town and they were very well cared for. We will definitely book with her again!
