Availability
Due to recent reduction of hours at my primary job, I have some time to fill during the day. I think Rover will provide me the opportunity to fill this time in a way I can enjoy and continue my flexibility.

Safety, trust & environment
For years I have checked in on family, friends, and neighbor's pets. Recently I was able to care for my in-law's dog (dog-in-law?) for an extended period of time and go to explore the east end from a dog-eyed view. After taking care of business, I like to let the pet lead the way for our time together based on their mood.
Information Tricia S. would like to know about your pet
Basics like name, nicknames, size, disposition. Do they get along with other pets and people? for example: "my big dog is scared of little dogs".
A typical day
Totally depends on the pet. One thing I always do is have one sided conversations with them. I prefer to walk without headphones so I can hear the sounds around me.

Pet care experience
I live in the neighborhood so there is a good chance I have met your dog while walking around. Saying hi to your good dogs is real treat for me.

Reviews

Tricia was amazing with my two cats. One is very friendly and the other is very skittish. Both loved her. She kept constant communication and left everything very clean.

Was willing to go beyond standard care and did great with our Cat you had a peculiar inside outside living situation. She even went to check for Duchess's lost collar in the last know location (we have an air tag on it)
Tricia is a first-rate sitter! We were out for a week, and she cared for our "mature" cat every day, checking in and playing and deer-watching with him. Ordinarily when we come back after a trip he's a little tweaked out, but this time, even after a long trip, he was chill and very relaxed when we walked in the door. And he had refrained from tearing up any plants, which was kind of a miracle. Tricia is the cat whisperer, and we'll absolutely be going to her again.
Tricia's watched our cat (an elder guy who needs extra attention) on several occasions while we've been out of town. She always stays with him long enough to make him comfortable and calm him down, sends us pictures, and looks after his fairly long list of handling characteristics. She's reliable and thoughtful and an animal-lover to the core. Strong recommend!
