I’ve been a dog person my entire life, and a lot of my friends joke that my dog gets treated better than their kids. I have a large home on 2.5 acres with a fully fenced backyard. I also have an 8 year old black Lab who is very friendly, well-socialized, and is used to being around other dogs. What sets me apart is that I am retired and home full-time, so your dog will get plenty of attention and won’t be left alone for long stretches. I do not keep cages or kennels of my own. I only use a crate if you provide one and your dog is already crate-trained, sleeps in it at night, or you are actively crate training a puppy. If you’re looking for a Rover sitter where your dog can feel comfortable, get lots of attention, and not spend their stay kenneled, I will be a great fit. I do my best to keep drop-offs and pickups between 8am and 8pm. I schedule around the times listed in your request, so please try to be as accurate as possible. I am not the cheapest sitter on Rover, but a cage-free, home-style experience with someone who is here full-time is well worth the extra few dollars.

Trey was amazing! I knew my dogs were safe, well taken care of, and loved while they stayed with him! I absolutely will work with him again and encourage others to book with him too.
This is our second booking with Trey. He takes such good care of our pup. Even though I bring what she eats at home, she turns into Picky Princess. Trey tries different things, even the homemade he gives his dogs. This time he gave us his recipe! I really can’t say enough about how special Trey is.
Will definitely be rebooking with Trey again! He sent lots of updates and pictures and was quick to respond! Very trustworthy!

This was our first time booking with Trey, our dogs seemed to have been very comfortable and enjoyed their time. They can be quite picky, especially my older dog. I think Trey will be our new regular sitter 😊 you can tell dogs are his whole life. I felt very at ease knowing my babies were properly cared for. Couldn’t recommend enough!
This was the first time I left my puppy with anyone and Trey did an amazing job taking care of Coco and keeping him busy and entertained! I’ll definitely book with him again next time I’m out of town!

I am retired so am here all day. However, I do my best to keep drop offs and pickups between 8am - 8pm. I schedule client times based on the times listed on your request, so please try to be as accurate as possible.

My backyard is fully enclosed with a 6ft perimeter fence. I am not the cheapest sitter on Rover, but a cageless experience is well worth the extra few dollars!

A typical day
My lab loves to swim so we frequent Russell Park and hike down to the lake in the Spring and Summer. He is also a well trained bird dog, so he loves to hunt with me in the Winter. I will always be sure to send you multiple pictures throughout the day so you know your pup is safe and having fun!

- Please let me know ahead of time if your dog has any special dietary needs, medications, anxiety issues, escape habits, or anything else I should know to keep them safe and comfortable. I do require that all dogs be non-aggressive and able to safely be around other dogs. Meet and greets are recommended for all new clients and are especially important for larger breeds or dogs with higher energy levels. For the best stay possible, please be accurate with drop-off and pickup times, feeding instructions, medication needs, and your dog’s normal routine.
