PAW-den-Me! Friends we'll be!
I have looked after & owned different types of pets since I can remember I have loved cats, raised rabbits, looked after turtles & whatever else I could dig up in the wild! When my wife & I moved back to Saskatoon we immediately attached ourselves to a wonderful toy poodle. Acreage life introduced us to looking after much bigger breeds, everything from puppies, pygmy goats, and horses. Due to our personal decisions, we are now living in Lakeview, our daughter has moved out with her two big wonderful dogs and we are missing their company. We are prepared to care for any size of dogs and have room for crates if needed or large comfy beds. We love all dog pedigree and their personalities, everyone is treated like they are part of the family.

Wilbur, our standard dachshund, just had his second extensive stay (18 days) with Trevor and Sheila And, from the photos and videos they provided, it was very apparent that he was completely at ease and felt right at home. He spent time sunning himself on the back patio, snuggling under his blanket on the sofa, and even helped bring good luck to the Riders in winning the Labour Day classic! He also got spoiled rotten by having his constant demands for attention (as only dachshunds are capable of) fulfilled. All in all, it was a great vacation for him, and also peace of mind for us, knowing that he was safe and in good hands while we were away. Thank you T&S!
Rosie loves her stays with Trevor & Sheila! She gets excited the minute we pull up to their place. We are so grateful to have their care for her while we are away. They are both patient and kind with our funny dog. Thank you Sheila & Trevor!
Very happy customer! Lucy was well looked after, and I'd happily recommend Trevor any time. He made Lucy feel at home at her first daycare visit, everything went as well as I could ask for. Extremely happy and would absolutely recommend!
Yesterday was the second time leaving my pup with Trevor. As usual, he was in great hands! Albert got to play with the water hose in the back yard so he'll be very excited to go back! Thanks Trevor!
Trevor & Sheila are the best! They take such good care of my dog Moose and I love that I can relax when I’m away and not have to worry at all about him because I know he’s in such good hands.

Schedule
I have spent the last several years on disability, my days are full of free time. My wife Sheila works a full time job and loves to come home to any type of dog greeting, the interaction brings her great joy as well! With enough notice, we can accommodate most schedules. We plan around animal schedules, because we know they plan around yours!

Safety, trust & environment
We live on a quite Crescent with a fenced in back yard. We have plenty of room for play, & we are less than a block away from a nice park to walk in. For the more adventurous we are only two minutes away from Rosewood Dog Park (for small or large) Our kitchen can accommodate large excited appetites or small timid ones. We have the room to separate friends if they need a time out, or just want a break to lounge in one of our comfy dog beds!
Pets
A typical day
I love to take dogs for walks either around our house, through the local park, or depending on the boss, to larger parks. We have lots of toys, bones, and comfy beds to make your baby feel at home. If your pet has special treats or special toys or balls they love to play with, bring them along the more the merrier!

- Please advise me of any preferences or special diets or conditions for your pet ahead of time, so I can prepare! I can and will look after most pets I just want them to Pleeeez be potty trained!! Our yard has ample space for them to find their own special spots! Our hardwoods don't appreciate it as much, but accidents will happen!
