Excellent sitter! Very accommodating and friendly.... My two havanese were very safe and greatly taken care of by her. See sent pictures and even gave my babies a bath. I will definitely use Tressa again.

Absolutely amazing!! Tressas home was spacious and extremely clean with a nice big backyard. This was my first time using this app and I couldn’t be more happy with the care that was provided. She sent pictures and updates, she even brushed my dogs out before I picked them up. I will definitely be using her again, the doggies loved her 😁😁

Took time to understand every concern we had with Skye and kept us informed the whole time with pictures. She even gave her a bath which was unexpected but very welcome surprise. We highly recommend using her.

Booked for house sitting, care was supposed to begin 9-10am aug 16 and end 8-9pm aug 17. Aug 16 sitter showed up at 11am and left 1112am. Returned at 5pm and left at 535pm. The sitter did not return for the rest of the evening. When I book for house sitting I give the sitter the option of staying at my house or leaving late and returning in the morning as I know not everyone is comfortable staying/sleeping at new places or other peoples houses. The first day of the stay she was at my house a total of 47mins the whole day. On the second day (Aug 17) she did not show up. At 10am I messaged her asking where she was. She promptly responds and says she just woke up and was watching another animal and did not get enough sleep due to them keeping her up all night. My dogs typically eat breakfast and have meds they take around 7-8 am every morning. They had no outdoor access and were withheld bathroom privileges for OVER 16HRS. I have no friends or family in the area and was unable to get back to my dogs i had to frantically call a coworker to rush over and check on them and care for them. This has been a nightmare of a situation. I have exterior and interior cameras and if you don’t I’d recommend getting some because you’d never know the lack of care your pets receive without them.

Tressa did an amazing job taking care of our boys while we were away for the weekend! She kept us updated with photos and ensured that we never had to worry. She’s awesome and we will definitely be using her services again!
