Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine because I genuinely enjoy spending time with animals. As a student-athlete at Montreat College, my schedule is busy but structured, which helps me stay organized and make time for what I love—caring for pets. Taking care of animals is actually a fun and relaxing getaway from the demands of school and sports. I already care for my own Maltipoo and cat, so it’s second nature to fit walks, playtime, and feedings into my day. It’s something I look forward to and take seriously, always making sure each pet feels safe, loved, and well cared for.

A typical day
I love keeping pets active and entertained—especially outdoors! I’m majoring in Outdoor Recreation, so spending time outside is a big part of my life. If your pet enjoys it, we’ll go on walks, explore trails, or just hang out in the fresh air. For more playful pets, I’m all about games and activities to keep them engaged. For the chill ones, I’m happy to relax with them, give them attention, and make sure they feel safe and comfortable. Whether it’s hiking, playing, or teaching a trick for a treat, I always aim to make their time with me fun and stress-free.
