I’ve been around dogs my whole life! I most recently had two dogs, a chihuahua and rotty mix. One big and one small dog! I currently live in a tiny apartment, so I try to find ways to get my dog fix in. I regularly volunteer to walk dogs at local shelters here in Grand Junction. I have experience with small and large dogs of all age ranges. I’m punctual with my schedules and can be relied on to make timely visits or give medications/food. I’m also comfortable house sitting your home and keeping up on all your chores/needs while you are away!

Travis looked after my elderly cat for a few days at a time on multiple occasions when I had to lave home. He did a great job playing and entertaining her and sent me plenty of loving pictures of them interacting.
Travis has been a great sitter for my rescue dog, who has anxiety and requires a little extra care and attention. Whenever I am out of town, I feel at ease leaving my dog in his care—he has proven to be both trustworthy and reliable. It’s clear that Travis truly loves animals, and he goes above and beyond to ensure they are comfortable and well cared for. Travis did a terrific job watching my house and dogs while I was away. In addition to daily feeding and playing with my dog, Travis also took care of all my daily chores in regard to my chicken coop. Mail and packages were also collected on time and stored safely. I would recommend Travis to anybody looking for a pet/house sitter. He went above and beyond!
My 80-pound senior dog needed help getting in and out of the car and stroller, and Travis treated her with such care and ease. I’ve seen him gently snuggle tiny chihuahuas and confidently handle larger, stronger dogs. I've also seen him spoil dogs of every kind through his volunteer work with Dogs Around Town. Travis doesn’t just walk dogs, he truly cares for them. He is reliable, communicative, and someone I trust with my home and my loved ones. I work seasonally for the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, so in my off season I have lots of extra time to take care of pups
