I am retiring from full time teaching, and will be substitute teaching occassionally, but plan to devote most of my time to pet care, so I will have a very flexible schedule

I have a secure, large, fenced in property for your pup(s) to pay in. We have a very comfortable home, but your pup must be able to climb a set of stairs as our house is a split level. Your dog will be treated as an honorary member of the family while they are here, and, since we are currently pet-free, will get all the love and attention they need!

Pet care experience
I have prior experience as a professional dog walker and trainer, volunteering and working with dogs at the Sacramento (CA) SPCA, Seattle Humane Society, Ahimsa Dog training in Ballard, and the Service Dog Academy (formerly in the Morgan Junction in West Seattle). I also attended the Karen Pryor Academy Dog Trainer Program in Salem, OR. In June, I will be taking an early retirement after 20 years as an elementary school teacher. I have owned dogs and cats my whole life, and we recently lost our sweet husky, Luna. I am excited for the opportunity to channel my love and devotion to animals to your furry one!
