Tracy T. cancelled a booking 1 day before it was scheduled to begin.

Tracy was nice,the first meet and greet. Once we confirmed the schedule. She was late daily with a lack of communication unless I initiated it to ask when was she going to arrive. I understand things come up, and then when she took our dog out on her walk the second day. She looked frantic when they came back. Tracy explained she got out of leash! This is also traumatic for all of us. That was concerning! Lastly, Tracy sends me a message the night before my paid schedule that she can’t no longer walk our dog , due to the incident. That was unprofessional, and a big inconvenience. I understand how she felt it’s just the manner, and the poor, sudden communication with no regard. I spoke with her about communicating properly not after she was already late several times.

Tracy was great. Easy to communicate with kept me up to date on Rory. She took great care of my pup.

As always Tracy took fantastic care of my dude! She’s been great at communicating and sending updates/pictures while I’m away for work.

Tracy was an excellent caretaker for our German Shepherd, we were gone for nearly a week and she was super communicative and very receptive to his routines and schedule. Would highly recommend her services!

Tracy was very responsive and sent me updates while house sitting my dog for the long weekend. She is responsible and sweet to animals, and I would not hesitate to book her again.
