Shane and Tracy are thee best! Last minute booking when we need them, they pull through all the time!
Tracy and Shane looked after our 17 year-old senior cat Mikka. Mikka has kidney disease, so her diet is a little complicated with special food and supplements. It usually takes her some time to warm up to people, but she liked Tracy and Shane almost immediately. Tracy and Shane are friendly, reliable, and they genuinely enjoy spending time with the pets they look after. I appreciated the updates during visits, letting us know how Mikka was doing, how she was interacting, and how well she was eating, etc. I loved the photos too. 🩷 I would highly recommend Tracy and Shane, and I’m so grateful to have them to look after my sweet senior kitty! 😊🙏🙏

Shane and Tracy continue to deliver excellent care to our pets! We were away for 2 weeks and they were there throughout missed flights, travel delays, and changes in schedule, ensuring our pets were looked after until we landed. I can't think of a better example of what you'd want when someone is looking after your pets - they're just awesome!
