I attempt to keep the routine of the owner that is discussed during the meet-up as much as possible. If there are multiple pets or specific instructions, I will ask for the owner to leave out a write-up as well so nothing gets overlooked.

A typical day
This depends on the dog and what the owner would prefer. I would prefer to talk with the owner first to find out what types of play is appropriate and preferred by the dog, what motivates the dog, and anything that should be avoided. For an active dog we can play, walk or run depending on the area and what the dogs likes to do. I can also do leash and obedience training sessions with dogs on request.

Besides years of experience owning dogs of my own I also have experience working for beyond K9, a successful dog trainer in the DFW area. I currently live in Reno, NV. My husband and I have two rescue dogs we love dearly. "As long as the dogs are happy...." is pretty much our household motto! My husband Richard, who also does some Rover sitting is available for standby so if something ever comes up, there is no chance your dogs will go more than a few hours without a check-in. You can see him in the photo with myself and Indy, my lab/shepherd mix Although this is not likely, I will sometimes ask to include him in the Meetup, just in case. Dog walks or Check-ins: I can provide some basic leash training on request. I will also share updates and photos of your dog and, the activities we do. In-Home Boarding: I offer in-home boarding for up to 2 dogs at a time. The yard is fenced all the way around. There are two areas with a sturdy fence and gate in between that allows for the separation of dogs if needed. We have two dog and human-friendly rescues, Jake and Maple. The home is a 4-bedroom home and dogs are welcome to the living areas and an extra bedroom for the dogs if they want their own room. I also do pet photography! This includes volunteer photography of adoption photos at the Pet Network Humane Society in Incline Village. I included a few photos from photography sessions in my profile here.

As always Tracy did a great job
I have no words to express how grateful I am for Tracy! We had a very long trip- she stayed in our home and loved our dog Bandit for 10 days while we traveled Italy. Our dog is our whole world, we lost our other dog last year and I was so stressed to leave him for this long. From the beginning of me requesting to book through her up until the end when we landed back home, she stayed in contact, answered almost immediately to any questions or concerns and just made me feel at ease and I could enjoy my time away. She sent multiple updates with photos and went ABOVE AND BEYOND! She walked bandit more than we asked and took him on new adventures. When we came home she even made sure our sheets were clean because she knew we would be exhausted and would want to sleep right away. That is just the kind of person she is- she loved our boy like her own and I ABSOLUTELY will be booking with her again and recommend her to all my friends!

Great! Felix was well cared for, and seemed happy when I picked him up. Several daily walks, sleeping or Richard's lap, well fed. All a dog could want! Good follow up from Richard with pictures and texts.
