Safety, trust & environment

I have a large 3 sided fenced backyard (fourth side is our seawall) and a sweet senior girl who is 11 yrs old that will keep your dog company. She loves to lounge around the house and yard. I do have crates and beds for small to large dogs if they prefer to sleep in there. There is a pool for the dogs to cool off in or play if they want. If they need, I have a calming wrap and extra dog sweaters/shirts as well. There are plenty of tennis balls, toys, and treats. During the day my house is calm with little noise for those needing to just chill out. Due to my girl's arthritis, we have a large gate blocking the stairs in our house so there is no chance of dogs using them if they have leg/hip issues. I do my best to make things easier for the older fur babies and the rescued ones.

Information Tracy M. would like to know about your pet

Let me know of any special feeding times, treats, and triggers for your pet, as well as any medications, like prednisone, they may be on that require extra potty breaks. I will need to know if they are house trained, dig, don't like kids, males, etc. Just like us they all have their different personalities and trauma.

A typical day

For young pups needing an energy burner, I have a large backyard to run around in and a pool to go swimming in. My kids will love playing with your fur baby in the pool. If they like walks better, we'll get out and get some steps in. I know I could use it. For those older ones, we'll take it slow and easy. The same pace as my old girl. I want them to be as comfortable and relaxed as possible when visiting my home. It their vacation too.

Pet care experience

Hello! I am a stay at home mom with all three kids soon to be in high school. I've had dogs all my life, from newborn puppies to seniors. I've cared for healthy dogs and those who need a little extra care, including my current fur baby who is 11 years old. My experience includes administration of oral medications, special baths for skin issues, as well as comforting dogs during storms and fireworks. Though I am not a certified trainer, I can help train your pup for basic commands and walking on a leash if you'd like. We love dogs and animals in this house. I've also taken care of parakeets, rabbits, and a tortoise in recent years. There will be no lack of attention, belly rubs, and cuddles here. I will be the sole caretaker of your pup and I look forward to meeting you and your fur baby soon.

Tracy is an exceptional caregiver. I have a 15 year old miniature pinscher that Tracy took care of for the day recently. Throughout the day, Tracy checked in with me via text, sending pics of my chilled out dog. I knew my dog was comfortable and calm when Tracy sent a pic of her begging for snacks. When I picked up my dog later that afternoon, she was relaxed and sleepy. Tracy is a consummate professional. After I contacted her about day care, we had a meet and greet so my dog could get acquainted with her. Tracy was on time and exhibited kindness and trustworthiness from the get go. She loves dogs and it showed. I hope to use her day care service again because I know my dog will be well taken care of. Compassion, kindness, and trustworthiness are qualities that Tracy possesses in abundance. I highly recommend her.

Tracy is a wonderful caretaker. This was Rosie’s first time with her. Tracy really focused on my dog, and spent time with her to make sure was happy and having fun. She left me a lot of updates to reassure me throughout the day. I know my dog was well taken care of and had fun at her home.

I have known Tracy for the past 18 yrs. She has always had a dog in her family. During that time she has owned and cared for a basset hound, Dashhound, Ausue shepard, American bull dog and a coon hound. Tracy has shohn all these dogs affection, attention and grooming. She has given them each vet care.
