Daily walks are part of my own health and wellness routine, and caring for pets fits right in. Sadly, my own dogs have passed, and the right one hasn't come into my life yet. Until then, I would love the chance to share my time, energy and affection with other's people pets. Dogs especially bring me joy, and walking them keeps both of us happy, active and cared for. I'd like your dog to know me as their regular walking buddy.

I follow each pet parent's instructions closely and respect their home. My focus is on your pet's safety and comfort, and well-being so you can feel confident they are cared for while you're away. I am available for consistent weekly walks, drop-ins, and over night house sitting.

For walks, I do require a front/chest hook harness on dogs that are not loose leash trained. I have a few I keep with me if you do not have your own yet. I have worked with small to extra large dogs successfully. Overly aggressive dogs I do need to pass on. For drop-in visits or backyard playtime I am happy to care for any size dog as long as your yard is fenced and no leash required. I also have experience with cat, small pet and even chickens. For over night house sitting I will stay as close to your pets schedule as possible. I do have other clients that need to be walked so I will be in and out throughout the day.
A typical day
A typical day includes walks, playtime, and lots of scratches. If there is a safe trail or dog friendly park nearby, I'll take your pet out for exercise and fresh air. At home we'll enjoy the quiet yard, playing with their toys, or just keeping them company so they feel happy and loved. I love building long term routines with pets and getting to know them.
