Tracey was a wonderful and accommodating cat sitter for us! She followed all instructions for our two kitties and took loads of pictures along the way to keep us updated on how our babies were doing! ☺️ She is very communicative and flexible, would happily have her watch our kitties again!

Tracy was great, we felt very confident leaving our two cats in her care for the long weekend! She sent us lots of pictures and updates from each visit which was really lovely and reassuring. Would definitely book again, thanks Tracy!

She showed up at 10 AM for our first meeting and seemed disoriented, not paying close attention to my instructions, which raised initial concerns, but I disregarded the red flag. On the 4th day of her supposed services, we sent our friend to check the house, as something seemed fishy in the surveillance camera feed. Turns out Tracy had left 4 days worth of poop from our 4 cats (!) piling up in the toilets and the poop had grown tons of mould (!). The cats had just half a finger of water in their bowls and they were scared and kept their pee and poop in because they couldn't use the toilets! It took us a month to bring them back to normalcy. Beware of this person, she knows nothing about cats.

Wow Tracy did such a great job looking after our cat being she is so timid, she sent plenty of reassuring pictures and updates and our cat was happy on our return and our home was Immaculate with plants also watered and post in a neat pile, a really nice person thanks Tracy so much

Tracy is great, super reliable and communication was very easy. Our cat loves her as well. Highly recommend.

Tracy was friendly and communicated well whilst looking after my cat, she was happy to do what was needed to make him comfortable and offer him care and I really appreciate it!
