I will care for your cats in your own home, their familiar environment. Basic care of course, feeding, watering, cleaning litterbox and the cat's environment. And depending on the cat's needs and personality I can build trust, sit with them for companionship and attention, provide playtime, etc.

Tell me if your cat is comfortable with strangers and how much interaction they have with strangers. Also let me know what and how much they typically eat so we can monitor their appetite carefully.
A typical day
For in home care for cats, with owner approval I will offer treats and engage your pet in play with a favorite toy or a novel toy I can bring along. For quieter animals just sitting with them to let them know someone is caring for them is reassuring often. If your cat is nervous or uncomfortable with strangers I will give them space and let them do their own thing, making sure all their basic needs are met.

I've been a cat owner all my life, and for the past 12 years I've volunteered with animal rescue organizations. I've had the opportunity to learn from my own animals, foster animals and feline behavior professionals and veterinarians. For the past two years I've run my own licensed, foster based cat rescue organization. I am very passionate about feline care in so many ways. I have experience with and am comfortable with special needs cats, medicating, giving fluids and injections.
