I have a fenced yard, live half a block from a dog-friendly park and have a well socialized dog myself. We have an extra crate and pen for crate trained dogs or puppies.

Schedule
I'm currently retired and have lots of flexibility and time to watch and play with dogs. I'm active and love taking my dog on walks and to the park.
