Pet Care You Trust, Reliable

I’ve had pets my entire life, including a Chihuahua named Miki who lived to 17 years old. I currently have two cats—Squeakers (10) and Nugget (8)—and we enjoy spending time outdoors, going for walks and hikes. I’d love to care for your pet whenever you’re unable to. I work from home during the week, so I’m available for daytime and evening drop-ins, and I’m also free on weekends. I am not available for house sitting at this time, but drop-ins work great with my schedule. I’m also working toward my Bachelor’s degree in Data Science and earning extra income as a single mom, so providing caring, reliable pet services means a lot to me. Your pets will be treated with the same love and attention I give my own.

When caring for pets in a client’s home, I aim to provide the same level of attention and comfort that I give my own pets. Throughout all services, I keep you updated with photos and messages so you know your pet is in safe hands. I adjust my approach based on each pet’s personality and routine to make their time with me as enjoyable as possible.

Tracie was amazing with our dog! We are so thankful we found her. She was so nice and took great care of Oreo. We will definitely be booking with her in the future. She texted me updates that he was doing well, and sent pictures. He felt right at home. We are so happy we found her, instead of him having to go to a kennel. Thank you again!!

Schedule

Pet care is naturally integrated into my daily routine since I work from home, giving me the flexibility to handle pet needs throughout the day. I start by feeding and tending to my own cats in the morning, then keep up with any pet drop-ins or walks during my breaks. On weekends, I’m fully available, making it an ideal time to handle additional pet care tasks, like longer walks or extended drop-ins. This setup helps me maintain a balanced routine that supports both work and pet care responsibilities.

Before caring for a pet, it’s essential to understand their unique needs and routines to provide the best possible care. Here’s what I usually ask for in advance: Health and Medical Needs: Details on any medications, allergies, or health conditions, along with emergency contact information for their vet. Knowing if they have dietary restrictions or specific health concerns helps avoid any accidental issues. Routine and Preferences: Understanding their feeding, walking, and play schedules keeps them comfortable. Some pets have specific routines that help them feel secure, like morning walks or evening quiet time. Behavioral Traits: Information on how they behave around new people, other animals, or in different environments (like a dog park) helps me keep them safe. Knowing any fears (like thunderstorms) or tendencies (such as chewing) lets me anticipate their needs. Commands and Training: Familiarity with any commands or training preferences, like sitting before eating or heeling on walks, ensures consistency with what they’re used to. Favorite Activities and Toys: Knowing their favorite toys or games lets me plan activities that they’ll enjoy, making their time with me more fun and engaging. House Rules: Guidelines for furniture access, treat limits, or designated potty areas are helpful to respect your home’s boundaries. Contact Preferences: I like to check how often you’d like updates and in what form—whether it’s daily photos, texts, or phone calls. This helps me keep you in the loop and reassured about your pet’s well-being. Understanding these details ahead of time ensures that I can create a comfortable, safe, and enjoyable environment tailored specifically to your pet’s needs.
